Our small business bakery is growing, and we're looking for help in our baking

department! If you love baking the kind of recipes your grandma would make

and enjoy working in a cozy, from-scratch environment, this might be the

perfect fit.

Position Details:

• 15-30 hours per week

Majority shifts Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Closed Sundays)

• Hours may grow as the department continues to expand

What You'll Be Doing:

• Replicating our current, well-loved recipes

• Exploring and developing new baking ideas and recipes

Working independently to keep production running smoothly

• Helping maintain a clean and organized baking space

What We're Looking For:

• Self-motivated with a strong passion for baking

• Appreciation for home-style, from-scratch baking

• Creative and excited to try new ideas

• Previous baking experience is an asset, but not required

The Boathouse BBQ & Fries (The Cottage Cup) is looking for a motivated and

friendly Kitchen Team Member to join our small, hardworking team. If you

enjoy creating good food, serving others, and working in a positive

environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Approx. 35 hours per week

Monday-Saturday (Closed Sundays)

Shifts between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay based on experience and skill (training available)

• Position to start in Feb 2026

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package take-out orders

• Assist with food preparation

• Keep refrigerators and freezers stocked with ready-to-eat items

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Work efficiently during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for serving others and creating good food

Friendly, kind, and positive attitude

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when needed

• Reliable and willing to learn (experience is a plus, but not required)
